Chery Equipment Group, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.
We are looking for a Warehouse Clerk to support the Warehouse Manager to perform daily operations and activities.
They will be responsible for receiving, processing, and shipping industrial products like containers, workbenches, and heavy machinery.
The successful candidate will keep track of inventory according to warehouse policy and process sales orders through ERP.
Job description Perform logistic support and coordination with the head office in New York Arrange daily services; coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders in ERP Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate within the company and with external customers, vendors, etc.
Prepare materials for shipping or customer pick up Responsible for both office administrative work and warehouse tasks Provide support to senior management and sales teams Requirements Bachelors Degree (preferred) Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge in ERP systems Previous experience in a warehouse environment Ability to work under limited supervision and busy schedules Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Salary:
